Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment performance reporting or related fields.
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, funds, ETFs, PE, and hedge funds.
• Proficiency with portfolio performance calculations and reconciliations.
• Experience with RIAs, family offices, or wealth managers is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report investment portfolio performance across asset classes.
• Perform account-level reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Review private equity and hedge fund statements for data accuracy.
• Prepare customized portfolio performance reports per client needs.
• Support onboarding, account setup, and ongoing reporting requirements.
• Maintain investment reporting platforms and data feeds.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve accuracy.
