Job summary

Atlas Search, a financial technology firm serving wealth management firms and financial advisors, is hiring a Portfolio Reporting & Data Analyst for its Stamford, CT office. You will configure and maintain the reporting platforms clients rely on, reconcile and analyze portfolio data, and act as a day-to-day point of contact for client data and reporting issues.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in performance or data analysis within finance.
Strong understanding of financial instruments and reporting concepts.
Proven ability to build and present reports with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Reconcile accounts and resolve breaks or data discrepancies.
Analyze portfolio performance and explain results to clients.
Input data from private equity and hedge fund statements into the reporting system.
Set up new clients, accounts and assets including asset classification.
Support client onboarding, training and ongoing issue management.
Build custom reports to meet client needs.
Manage data feeds and coordinate with vendor partners on issues and enhancements.
Contribute to procedures and controls to keep the team running effectively.
