Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in investment operations or related roles.
• Strong understanding of investment products and investment accounting principles.
• Deep knowledge of various investment security types.
• Proven ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with PAM for Investments, Cognos, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team supporting investment accounting, reporting, and analysis across domestic and international businesses.
• Manage multiple asset classes, including equities and fixed income, ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with PGIM, Treasury, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Technology to deliver solutions.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closes with strong internal controls.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist internal and external audits with documented control activities.
