Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mutual fund industry experience.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with teamwork.
• Understanding of US securities regulations (1940 Act) a plus.
• Familiarity with Charles River compliance system is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and basic AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Review compliance alerts generated by Charles River daily and report breaches.
• Assist in annual prospectus/SAI guideline reviews and update rule coding as needed.
• Support sub-adviser and service provider oversight, including due diligence meetings.
• Prepare periodic compliance documentation and management/board reporting.
• Participate in 15c reviews and IRS tax compliance testing.
• Assist with SEC rules testing and regulatory filings.
• Contribute to data management and onboarding of new sub-advisers.
• Complete medium to high complexity investment compliance projects.
