Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply is seeking an Inventory Planning Manager in a hybrid role based at our Lakeville, MN corporate office. You will lead forecasting, inventory strategy, and replenishment to ensure products are available when needed.

You’ll supervise Inventory Planners and Purchasing Agents, drive KPI‑based improvements, and partner across Purchasing, Product Sourcing, and Operations to optimize vendor terms and assortment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in inventory planning, demand planning, or replenishment.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and BI/ERP familiarity.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and lead analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, replenishment, and inventory strategy to meet service level goals.
• Develop and coach Inventory Planners and Purchasing Agents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on assortment and vendor optimization.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and drive data‑driven improvements.
