Job summary

Patterson Companies, Inc. is hiring a Supply Chain Demand Planner in a hybrid role based at the Mendota Heights, MN headquarters, with two in-office days (Mon/Tue). You will develop demand forecasts and analyze market data to support supply chain planning.

You will coordinate with operations, purchasing, logistics, and other partners, monitor forecast accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in planning and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems to support demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts using sales, marketing, inventory, and operational data to support production planning objectives.
• Research market intelligence, industry trends, and business data to maintain accurate forecasts.
• Analyze sales indicators and product demand patterns to identify trends and support planning recommendations.
• Present forecast analyses, assumptions, and results to stakeholders to support planning activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast performance, and budget-related information to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate planning activities across functions to support integrated planning processes.
• Support execution of supply chain initiatives, promotions, product launches, and planning events.
