W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Inventory Optimization & Advanced Analytics to lead forecasting, optimization, and analytics across KeepStock customer inventories.

You will shape inventory strategy and partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Finance to align models with business goals. You will guide data visualization and analytical tools, drive process improvements, and influence stakeholders to achieve efficiency gains and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Master's Degree or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of SQL and R or Python.
• Experience applying forecasting, optimization, ML, or simulation.

Responsabilités

• Lead data visualization and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Develop models and analytics to improve inventory planning across customer locations.
• Partner with Supply Chain to drive efficiency and cost reductions.
• Deliver analyses and recommendations to support inventory positioning strategy.
• Monitor production processes and model outputs, addressing issues.
