Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Process Optimization (FP&A) to drive data-driven improvements in planning, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will maximize cost efficiency and ROI across core processes using Oracle EPBCS and related technology.

This hybrid role requires two onsite days per week at the Lake Forest, IL headquarters, with one day from Chicago Merchandise Mart. You will collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and IT teams to deliver robust models and insights.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in data-driven finance improvement.
• Experience in planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Analytics, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) Planning platform governance and data management.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver actionable insights.
