Kinder’s is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to manage raw material and WIP inventory from planning through deployment. You will partner across warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate counts and optimal stock levels, while leading process improvements in a fast-growing CPG environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, KPI dashboards, and collaboration with production and IT to enhance reporting accuracy and deployment efficiency.

Qualifications

• The role requires 3–5 years of experience in inventory control within consumer-packaged goods or related fields.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and data-driven decision making is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory accuracy across locations via cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis.
• Plan deployment, optimize stock, and develop dashboards and KPIs for inventory health.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure proper inventory accounting.
• Lead system improvements and mentor junior analysts on best practices.
