Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in inventory deployment or similar supply chain role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to set goals and solve problems creatively.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, multi-tasking capability.
• Team player with capacity to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan deployment timelines aligned with project deadlines.
• Schedule deployment windows to minimize business disruption.
• Communicate timelines and expectations with involved teams.
• Analyze demand and inventory data to optimize deployment strategies.
• Maintain deployment plans to ensure product availability and service levels.
• Identify and resolve inventory imbalances across the network.
• Collaborate with demand/supply planners, logistics, and operations.
• Generate reports on inventory health, service levels, and deployment effectiveness.
• Support new product launches and promotions with proper inventory positioning.
• Continuously improve deployment processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Investigate root causes for deployment issues and recommend corrective actions.
