Job summary

Talcott Financial Group offers a ten-week Summer Internship Program in Hartford, CT. You will work on risk-based audit procedures, learn market dynamics, and gain leadership exposure through workshops and senior leadership interactions.

Selected interns will join a hybrid schedule in our Hartford office, collaborate with Finance, IT, Actuarial, and Operations, and present a final project to the team. A rising junior or senior pursuing a related degree with strong academics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk, Finance, Math, Accounting, Insurance, and/or Economics
• GPA 3.4+ preferred
• Prior internship experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support risk-based audit procedures and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
• Network with professionals across Finance, IT, Actuarial and Operations
• Present project outcomes to senior leadership at internship end
