Job summary

sSTUDIO Architecture in Denver, CO is seeking an Interior Architect with a minimum of three years' interior design experience. You will join our interior design team to craft space plans, select finishes, coordinate FF&E, and produce coordinated interior drawings while supporting broader architectural projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience with interior design focus.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and experience producing coordinated drawing sets.
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance design thinking with attention to technical detail.
• Self-starter able to work independently and in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the interior design team with space planning, finish selection and development of cohesive design concepts.
• Prepare product specifications, schedules and location documentation for interior finishes, fixtures and furnishings.
• Assist with production and coordination of interior design drawing sets, including finish plans and elevations.
• Develop interior finish schedules and coordinate across drawings, specs, and consultant info.
• Coordinate interior design work with architectural drawings and project requirements to maintain accuracy.
• Assist with submittal reviews, RFIs, and construction administration correspondence.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants and vendors throughout all project phases.
