$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or related field) and a minimum of 7 years of experience in all phases of design.
• Design software: Proficiency in design software like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Enscape, and Bluebeam.
• Technical skills: Development of construction documents and specifications, with a high-level knowledge of building codes (ADA, IBC, etc.), and experience with consultant coordination.
• Stellar communication skills: Lead coordination and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and vendors. You’re the go-to person for keeping projects organized.
