Job summary

sSTUDIO Architecture in Denver, CO is seeking an Interior Architect with a minimum of three years' interior design experience. You will join our interior design team to craft space plans, select finishes, coordinate FF&E, and produce coordinated interior drawings while supporting broader architectural projects.

Bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
Minimum of three years of professional experience with interior design focus.
Strong proficiency in Revit and experience producing coordinated drawing sets.
Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Excel and Word.
Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to balance design thinking with attention to technical detail.
Self-starter able to work independently and in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

Support the interior design team with space planning, finish selection and development of cohesive design concepts.
Prepare product specifications, schedules and location documentation for interior finishes, fixtures and furnishings.
Assist with production and coordination of interior design drawing sets, including finish plans and elevations.
Develop interior finish schedules and coordinate across drawings, specs, and consultant info.
Coordinate interior design work with architectural drawings and project requirements to maintain accuracy.
Assist with submittal reviews, RFIs, and construction administration correspondence.
Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants and vendors throughout all project phases.
