Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle fast-paced work are essential. The position offers hybrid work hours and career growth within a respected national wholesale broker.

Formación

• 0–1 year of insurance experience in wholesale brokerage/MGA, retail agency, or insurer.
• Proficient with Windows-based software and basic typing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with P&C insurance forms, endorsements, rating methods, and terminology (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Correspondence with agents or carriers for additional information and handling renewal reminder letters.
• Requesting company-issued endorsements.
• Prepping files.
• Binding in the Binding Portals and processing through the in-house system.
• Maintain a professional, positive, team-oriented attitude while performing duties.
• Invoicing and typing Brokerage Endorsements.
• Provide the technical and administrative support to achieve office-wide objectives and service standards.
• Providing timely and accurate customer service.
