American Family Insurance – Joe Adams Agency LLC in Chanhassen, MN is seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time hybrid role. You will engage prospects and clients, assess insurance needs, and present suitable coverage options.

Daily duties include lead generation and follow-ups, policy reviews, quotes, and closing sales while achieving agency targets. You will support service, policy changes, and client education with accurate records and ongoing training.

Formación

• Strong communication, verbal and written, with active listening.
• Excellent customer service with relationship-building.
• Effective sales skills: prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, closing.
• Training and sales management abilities to learn and roll out products and processes.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or related sales environment preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management, comfortable with computer-based tools.
• Able to obtain and maintain state insurance licenses as required.
