Job summary

ABA Insurance Services Inc., a division of Great American, seeks an Insurance Operations Associate for the Shaker Heights, OH office. The role requires on-site work four days a week with one remote day, collaborating with agents, brokers and underwriters.

Responsibilities include handling policy transactions, maintaining data accuracy, and generating documents while driving process improvements. Minimum 3 years in insurance operations or customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in insurance operations or customer service.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to manage sensitive documents and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy lifecycle transactions including new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
• Ensure data accuracy and document quality across underwriting and policy administration systems.
• Generate and distribute policy documents and certificates of insurance.
• Serve as a trusted resource for agents, brokers and underwriters.
• Partner with business teams to improve processes and reduce friction.
• Contribute to training, documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
