Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management and Insurance, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze insurance submissions to identify exposures and support underwriting decisions.
• Prepare quotes, renewals, endorsements, and other underwriting transactions.
• Collaborate with agents, brokers, and internal partners to gather information and provide guidance.
• Develop expertise in underwriting guidelines, coverage forms, pricing, and risk selection.
• Utilize data and underwriting tools to support decision-making and portfolio management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Support profitable growth through strong customer relationships and responsive service.
• Participate in training and special projects; perform other duties as assigned.
