ABA Insurance Services Inc., a division of Great American, is seeking an Insurance Operations Associate to manage policy lifecycle transactions and ensure accuracy across underwriting systems from its Shaker Heights, OH office. The role combines on-site work four days a week with one remote day, supporting agents, brokers and underwriters while driving process improvements and knowledge sharing.
