Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with insurance defense and general litigation matters.
• Manage case files, maintain litigation calendars, and monitor deadlines.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain pleadings, discovery materials, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and production.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation-related activities.
