• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized customer experience for inbound contacts with a professional and empathic voice.
• Provide written communication such as policy documents, receipts, and lender verifications.
• Process transactions in an omni-channel environment (phone, chat, email) for multiple products.
• Use multiple computer applications and policy management systems to assist.
• Maintain individual performance and attendance metrics, with flexible shift adaptation.
