The Juris Agency is seeking an independent Insurance Agent to serve individuals and businesses with tailored coverage from our broad carrier portfolio. Hybrid remote work is available after in-house training, ideal for a go-getter building long-term community relationships.

Responsibilities include consultative sales across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines, market analysis with quoting tools, lead generation, and client advocacy through renewals and claims.

Qualifications

• Active state P&C license preferred; must obtain within 30 days of hire with license assistance.
• Life & Health licensing is a plus for expanded coverage options.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales: evaluate client needs to recommend Auto, Home, Life and Commercial coverages.
• Market analysis: use quoting tools to compare rates across multiple carriers.
• Lead generation: build a book of business through networking and referrals.
• Client advocacy: assist renewals, coverage changes and guidance through claims.
• Record management: maintain accurate client data in agency systems.
