Qualifications

• 5 or more years of insurance product lines experience.
• 1 or more years of Applied EPIC experience.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of insurance law, guidelines, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Acts as the main contact for clients to resolve questions.
• Collaborates with Insurance Advisors on client accounts.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret insurance documents

Strong computer operating skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

State Property & Casualty Insurance or Life & Health Insurance License

CISR, CIC or other professional designation
