Job summary

The Mahoney Group is seeking a relationship-driven Client Manager to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This hybrid role involves managing workflow, servicing, and maintaining client accounts while educating clients on coverages and aiding in the claims process.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of insurance product lines experience.
• 1 or more years of Applied EPIC experience.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of insurance law, guidelines, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and resolve inquiries.
• Review and process new and renewal policies for accuracy.
