Job summary

The Mahoney Group is seeking a detail-oriented Client Administrator to support client relationships in Phoenix, Chandler, or Tucson, Arizona. This role involves assisting Client Managers with policy administration, customer service, and documentation tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, 2 years of insurance servicing experience, and strong organizational skills. The position offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of insurance product servicing experience strongly preferred.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Client Managers and/or Insurance Advisors.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and assist with coverage questions.
• Assist in gathering information on exposures and operations for marketing.
