The Mahoney Group is seeking a detail-oriented Client Administrator in Phoenix, Arizona. In this hybrid role, you will support our Client Managers and Insurance Advisors with policy management and client service.

Your responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, assisting with marketing information, and managing correspondence for policies. You will need a high school diploma and commercial lines experience. A pathway for professional growth and comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Commercial Lines servicing experience strongly preferred.
• CISR, CIC, or other insurance professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to Client Managers and/or Insurance Advisors.
• Responds to customer inquiries promptly.
• Assists in gathering information for marketing and quotations.
