Job summary

The Mahoney Group, founded in 1915, is a premier insurance agency with ~250 employees in Chandler, AZ. We seek a Client Executive to support Advisors in new business and renewal efforts, maintaining excellent client experiences across select accounts.

You will manage day-to-day client contact, coordinate analyses and submissions, and foster strong relationships with clients, carriers, and the team. Licensing and industry experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of national or large account experience.
• P&C or Life & Health license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and manage day-to-day contact.
• Assist Insurance Advisors in new business and renewal efforts.
• Coordinate exposure analysis, coverage design, and submissions for binding coverage.
• Place renewals and negotiate with carriers on client behalf.
• Prepare KPIs, stewardship reports, and claims analysis.
