Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four (4) or more years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License; continuing education required for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Packages and markets applications to various carriers to obtain quotes.
• Negotiates prices, commissions, and/or coverages with carriers.
• Reviews policies, identifies deficiencies and determines appropriate level of coverage.
• Manages renewal process for expiring policies.
• Reviews client accounting history, responds to inquiries, and corrects discrepancies including past-due collections.
• Prepares presentations and proposals for clients.
• Gathers information for applications; inputs and creates letters and other forms.
