Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Six or more years in related insurance/business roles.
• Valid insurance license and ongoing CE requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
• Initiates renewal process and discusses renewal strategy with Producer.
• Analyzes exposures and develops renewal or new business specs for marketing.
• Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes for competitiveness.
• Prepares summaries, proposals and coordinates binders or certificates.
• Reviews policies for accuracy and manages client accounting inquiries.
• Participates in claims process as directed by management.
• Notifies brokers of information related to client retention; meets with clients as needed.
