The role emphasizes strong communication, collaborative work, and reliability. You will handle endorsements, renewals, certificates, and client inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and building lasting relationships. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; two or four-year degree preferred.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process endorsements, audits, renewals; issue certificates.
• Set up client portals, proposals, binding summaries, and data entry.
• Answer phones professionally and deliver high-quality client service.
• Update client systems and send proof of insurance.
• Follow up on incomplete applications and changes for timely completion.
• Manage special projects and meet deadlines with confidentiality.
• Pursue ongoing training and professional designations.
• Build strong internal and external client relationships.
• Attend client/market meetings and planning sessions.
• Organize time effectively to meet deadlines and adapt.
