John Marcelli - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments, marketing relevant products and services.

You will develop strong client relationships, conduct policy reviews, and resolve complex issues while leveraging our insurance offerings to advise and sell to warm and cold leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities
