Cha & Associates American Family Insurance in Madison, WI is seeking a Licensed Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, proactive account management, and ensuring clients have the right protections as their needs evolve.

You’ll work with existing clients, handling day-to-day service needs while conducting policy reviews and identifying opportunities to strengthen their overall insurance program.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Life Insurance License is a plus or willingness to obtain.
• Experience managing and servicing Personal Lines accounts.
• Experience with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and customer service.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and insurance technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted contact for existing clients and proactively service accounts.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen client protections.
• Respond to questions by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage updates.
• Proactively review coverage to identify changing needs and coverage gaps.
• Educate clients on coverage options, discounts, and products.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve needs.
