Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, HR, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and practical experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance-based learning programs aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to assess learning needs and define project requirements.
• Create e-learning courses, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, assessments, and multimedia content.
• Independently manage instructional design projects, including planning and timelines.
• Apply learning technologies to develop interactive, accessible learning experiences.
• Analyze learner feedback and outcomes to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Provide guidance to less experienced instructional designers and project team members.
