Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking an experienced Instructional Copywriter to join the Seller Education team in a hybrid role. You will edit and produce scripts and assets for our Seller Academy video series, and design and develop learning materials while maintaining the LMS.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in learning design or educational content writing, strong copywriting skills, and a portfolio across eLearning, video scripts, and course design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Learning Design, eLearning, or educational content writing.
• 4+ years of general copywriting experience.
• Experience in tech, eCommerce, or SaaS industries.
• A robust portfolio showcasing educational writing for external audiences or course design.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience working with project management software (Asana).
• Examples of project types: eLearning modules, video scripts, training materials, job aids, or storyboards.
• Briefly explain problem solved, target audience, instructional design model, and tools used.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce scripts & assets for Seller Academy video series.
• Design and develop comprehensive learning materials and curricula.
• Conduct needs analysis and maintain the learning management system (LMS).
• Ensure content accuracy, engagement, and clarity across formats (video, email, courses).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage timelines.
