Aquent Talent is seeking an Instructional Copywriter to join a Fortune #1 backed retail client in a hybrid role. You will edit scripts and develop learning materials, conduct needs analyses, and manage the LMS, delivering clear, engaging content for adult learners.

The ideal candidate has strong writing/editing skills, instructional design experience, and a portfolio of external‑audience educational work. Hybrid setup with relocation or remote options possible.

Qualifications

4+ years in Learning Design, eLearning, or educational content writing.
4+ years of general copywriting experience.
Experience in tech, eCommerce, or SaaS industries.
Portfolio showing educational writing for external audiences or course design.
Expert-level Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Asana.
Portfolio items include eLearning modules, video scripts, training materials, job aids or storyboards.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce scripts and assets for the Seller Academy video series.
Design and develop comprehensive learning materials and curricula.
Conduct needs analysis and maintain the learning management system.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
