America’s Credit Unions is seeking a highly organized and experienced Instructional Design Manager, Online Learning to lead the design, development, and evolution of our premier online education ecosystem. This role will set instructional design standards, foster innovation, and mentor a team in a hybrid role based in Madison, WI.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of online material development, strong project management, and expertise in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, and LMS

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in education or instructional design.
• 5+ years designing online educational materials including courses, exams, simulations.
• 2+ years supervising freelance online course creation staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and project management ability.
• Experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, LMS, and multimedia tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver content using online learning methods, webinars, and videos.
• Measure satisfaction and learning outcomes using evaluations and analytics.
• Oversee multiple projects; supervise freelancers and content developers.
• Stay current with new tools and technologies in online learning.
