Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for Medicare Operations and Sales. You will create engaging e-learning modules, reference guides, and job aids while evaluating program effectiveness and aligning content with organizational standards.

Under supervision you will collaborate with SMEs, use a primary authoring tool, and ensure quality assurance across materials.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in curriculum/course development in a corporate environment.
• Experience with basic LMS navigation and productivity suites (MS Office/Google Workspace).
• Experience with one primary authoring tool for creating e-learning content.

Responsibilities

• Designs basic instructional materials such as e-learning modules and job aids to meet learning objectives.
• Assesses effectiveness of instructional materials through formative and summative evaluation methods.
• Coordinates with SMEs and cross-functional teams to validate content and ensure alignment with standards.
• Supports delivery of training programs and assists with implementation and rollout.
