Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• SAP knowledge preferred but not required.
• Bilingual reading and writing in languages such as Spanish, Chinese, Asian, and Haitian Creole.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and communicate with customers about out-of-stocks and substitutions.
• Strengthen customer relationships and use e-Commerce technologies.
• Schedule exception deliveries and determine credits for customers when appropriate.
• Support sales teams and use CRM tools to improve selling strategies.
