Capital Pump & Equipment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our San Antonio, TX branch. This hybrid role combines rental coordination, inside sales support, and customer service to help grow our equipment rental business.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, communicative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role includes forklift-related tasks, basic admin duties, and collaboration with the sales and service teams for timely equipment delivery and customer

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Prior experience in equipment rental, pump systems, or construction equipment sales preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting rental equipment and prepare rental agreements.
• Process sales orders and provide product demonstrations.
• Dispatch deliveries and communicate timelines to customers.
• Handle high-volume rental transactions and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with service team on equipment readiness.
• Generate leads and refer opportunities to Outside Sales.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Technicians, and Branch Managers to meet sales goals.
• Assist with forklift operations and related tasks as needed.
