Job summary

Kinship, based in Western Washington, is seeking an aftermarket sales specialist for a hybrid/remote role. You will handle new and existing accounts, provide quotes, and coordinate orders while delivering strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales or related construction materials, with solid communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales or construction materials.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Bluebeam and Comsense preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return calls within 24 hours.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and explain how they benefit customers.
• Identify customer problems or needs and recommend products.
• Provide accurate quotes and delivery dates and follow up on quotes.
• Prepare Sales Orders and secure payment for COD customers.
• Retain core customers by providing excellent service.
• Consult with customers after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in ongoing product training.
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information, calls and requests.
