The Grainger Inside Sales Internship Program in Lake Forest, IL offers a 10-week, hands-on sales experience designed for students pursuing a career in sales after graduation. You'll start with a 4-week training and then join a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will develop sales skills, build relationships with customers, and receive mentorship while evaluating performance. Housing support may be available for those outside a 30-mile radius.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Interest in pursuing a career in sales after graduation.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028 in a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
