Grainger’s Inside Sales Internship Program offers a 10-week experience in Tempe, AZ. You will gain hands-on exposure to account management, participate in leadership sessions, and engage in professional development and team-building activities.

The 4-week training builds foundational selling skills and business acumen, after which you’ll work in a team-based sales center, communicating with customers up to 40 hours per week to understand needs and deliver value.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher required.
• Interest in pursuing a career in sales after graduation.
• Expected graduation with a bachelor’s degree between December 2027 and May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales skills through hands-on training and coaching.
• Build relationships with Grainger customers to understand needs and deliver value.
