W.W. Grainger, Inc. invites motivated students to join the Inside Sales Internship in Tempe, AZ for a 10-week, full-time experience. You will begin with four weeks of sales training, then support customers by phone, learning core selling skills and business acumen to set you up for success.

The program includes mentorship, performance feedback, and a final presentation to leadership. Housing support may be available for interns outside a 30-mile radius.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Interest in pursuing a career in sales after graduation.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales skills through hands-on training and coaching.
• Build relationships by working directly with customers to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Receive mentorship from a peer and manager with ongoing feedback.
• Expand professional network across the organization.
