Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical inside sales, proposal support, engineered equipment, aftermarket equipment, or a related industrial environment.
• Ability to interpret supplier quotations and identify basic scope, pricing, or technical discrepancies.
• Strong technical and commercial judgment with the ability to recognize when an issue requires escalation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple open quotes, customer requests, and deadlines across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as inside sales and first-line product support resource for standard aftermarket opportunities.
• Support regional sales teams with product scope, pricing input, and quote-status questions.
• Review customer requests to determine the appropriate standard product scope based on equipment information and requirements.
• Review prior customer and site history to identify repeat or related product opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, site, and product information to support sales activities.
• Coordinate RFQs with suppliers and track responses and quote status.
• Prepare complete, accurate quotes and proposal packages for standard offerings.
• Coordinate internally to obtain required technical, commercial, and pricing information.
• Support clear handoff from quote to order execution.
