Job summary

P3 Health Partners is seeking an Infrastructure Systems Administrator to install, configure, monitor, and support our network, cloud, and server infrastructure. You will manage Azure cloud services, FortiGate/SonicWALL firewalls, and Citrix remote access while ensuring security and reliability for critical systems.

The role requires 5+ years in IS support, 3+ years as a System Administrator, and strong scripting skills. It offers a hybrid work model with in-office three days weekly in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in healthcare, computer science, or business.
• Minimum of 5 years in IS related support and 3+ years as System Administrator.
• 2+ years managing Azure cloud or another cloud provider.
• Experience with FortiGate and/or SonicWALL firewalls.
• Citrix Platform Administration experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; resolve issues promptly.
• Perform root-cause analysis for connectivity, performance, and security incidents.
• Maintain DNS, DHCP, IPAM, routing, and network segmentation.
• Assist with architecture planning and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate with ISOs, vendors, and teams; ensure documentation conventions.
