Job summary

P3 Health Partners is seeking an Infrastructure Systems Administrator to install, configure, monitor, and secure core infrastructure including network, Azure cloud services, Windows and Linux systems, storage, and security platforms.

Hybrid role with three days in the office. You will work with Information Security, Development, Operations, and Business teams to ensure reliability, continuity, and compliance across HITRUST guidelines and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in healthcare, computer science, or business, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of IS related support.
• 3+ years of experience as System Administrator.
• 2+ years of experience administrating Firewalls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary administrator for enterprise network infrastructure and security appliances.
• Monitors performance, availability, and capacity; proactively resolves issues.
• Performs troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for connectivity and security incidents.
• Maintains DNS, DHCP, IPAM, routing, switching, and network segmentation.
• Coordinates with vendors for service issues and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintains infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and procedures.
• Supports security initiatives including remote access solutions and access controls.
• Participates in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Provides operational support for data center, cloud, and branch networks.
• Ensures scalable network and infrastructure growth.
