Mondo is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple infrastructure initiatives in a hybrid Boston setting. The role requires coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in networking, AV systems, and IT asset management, with a strong focus on process design, risk management, and quarterly status reporting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing infrastructure-related IT projects.
• Experience leading IT asset management projects for end-user devices.
• Ability to define requirements with business and technical stakeholders to drive project success.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented PM approach.
• Experience coordinating third-party deliverables to meet project milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects, including networking and audiovisual systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, align on priorities, and drive projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Design and implement IT asset management processes for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Identify issues proactively and adapt plans to shifting business priorities.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Balance competing priorities across a portfolio of projects while ensuring quality.
