Job summary

ROI - WaaS is seeking a Project Coordinator to support major infrastructure and capital improvement projects in Central Washington. The role is hybrid—3 days onsite and 1 day remote—on a long-term contract of approximately 2 years with potential extension.

The coordinator will assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates are highly organized, excellent communicators, and proficient with Excel and project coordination tools.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office tools.
• Experience supporting scheduling, documentation, or reporting.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams onsite 3 days/week in Mattawa, WA.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with day-to-day coordination, schedule tracking, milestone updates, and status reporting.
• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action items, and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling activities using Primavera P6; training is available.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, track follow-up activities.
• Use Excel to maintain project tracking tools, reports, and documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community representatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, including quarterly community meetings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction management to support execution.
• Participate in periodic site walks and follow established safety requirements.
