AimHire is seeking an Infrastructure & Operations Engineer in Denver to own end-to-end production infrastructure. You will maintain Linux/Windows systems, manage VMware-based virtualized environments, and handle network, storage, and monitoring.

The role blends hands-on engineering with IT support for the Denver office and requires automation-focused thinking. You will collaborate with engineering, support, and services teams, taking part in on-call rotations and upgrades with minimal

Competenze

• Hands-on production infrastructure administration across Linux and Windows.
• Strong networking and security skills including DNS, firewalls, VPNs.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware) and container workloads.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues independently.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and after-hours work.
