Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and secure complex enterprise environments in Denver. The role emphasizes VMware virtualization, backup solutions, and automation to support critical services.

You will lead upgrades, DR testing, and incident resolution, working with ServiceNow and various hardware platforms (Dell/Lenovo/HPE). Strong scripting, Terraform/Ansible, and patching know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering or enterprise IT.
• Strong VMware administration and virtualization experience.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam and/or Rubrik backup.
• Experience with ServiceNow, incident management, and RCA.
• Knowledge of enterprise servers, storage, and Dell/Lenovo/HPE hardware.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, scripting, and infra automation.
• Experience with security patching, vulnerability remediation, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain infrastructure stability, performance, and security.
• Manage VMware environments and enterprise backups.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery testing.
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide Level 3 support.
• Support infrastructure automation and continuous improvement.
